What is the Sunflower Award?
Based on the success of the DAISY Award program and its positive impact on the nursing profession, we have created a recognition program for our staff members outside of DAISY. The Sunflower Award was designed to award exceptional caregivers from all disciplines. Sunflower Award honorees exemplify the remarkable patient experience received at MSH. These staff members consistently demonstrate excellence through their expertise and extraordinary compassionate care and service. They are recognized as outstanding role models in our organization.
